Your photographer . . . . Sarah
Sheets-McKeag
I hold a Master of Fine Arts Degree and a Master of Arts Degree from the
University of Iowa, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Northwest Missouri
State University, all specializing in photography, with minors in drawing.
I have been involved in teaching photography at the college level, as well as
many photographic lectures and workshops. I am a member of the
Professional Photographers of Iowa,
have achieved my Certified Professional Photographer's status, past president of
the Montezuma Community Business Boosters, and a past member of the Poweshiek Charter
Chapter of the American Business Women's Association.
The Studio 22 Vision . . . .
There are so many photo studios around, how would you begin to choose the right
place to go for images of yourself and your family? Choosing a photography
studio isn't like choosing other services. You can go just about anywhere
to get a quick picture taken as a record of that particular time in your
life. Many photo studios have similar equipment. It's not about the
equipment. Many studios have beautiful locations. It's not about the
location, and it's not about the price, although equipment, location and price
all contribute to the experience on a secondary level. We strive to
combine all of these factors to ensure you receive the most positive experience
possible.
My photographic studio is very personally tied to myself and my own
vision. Photography is extremely unique to its clientele, in that the
service provided is directly related to the person triggering the camera
shutter. The particular vision of that person is directly reflected in the
finished piece of work. At Studio 22, we take you to the next level of
photography. Photography in its purist form is "painting with
light". We will "paint" your likeness to capture the
essence of who you are . . or who you dream of being . . . .
What we can do for you . . . .
Studio 22 is involved with high school senior photography, families,
children, bridals, pets, and numerous commercial clients. Our commercial
division allows us to photograph anything from the tiniest of bolts to on-site
factory workplaces. Call us for our list of commercial references.
I am the only Fine Arts Trained Photographer in the area. Compare my work to
the competition and see the difference for yourself. I love a challenge!
At Studio 22 Photography
the only limits are what we can't imagine . . . .
and we can imagine amazing things . . . .
come in and we'll
imagine your special project, together.
